Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Customer Retention: Work along with Product/Tech teams to offer advisory services to a certain group of customers, making sure they get the most out of their limited subscription period. Raising renewal rates will help lower attrition. Conduct EBRs with decision-makers and Amber champions.
- High CSAT: Make sure that customer health statuses are managed, that ticket SLAs are adhered to, and that a company-wide customer feedback loop is established.
- Encourage Product Adoption: Encourage important customer stakeholders to adopt the product.
- Execute Success Plans: Closely collaborate with clients to develop and carry out success plans that optimise their business goals and the value they derive from our products.
- Handle Enhancement Requests: Investigate the viability of technical enhancement requests in close collaboration with the product and tech teams.
- Expectation setting: This role will need you to work with some of our most strategic growth customers, so you must closely align with sales, engineering, product, and other teams. You also need to be able to handle customers’ expectations in order to ensure that their experience with us is nothing short of fabulous.
