Roles & Responsibilities

• Documents, analyses, conducts, and interprets developmental tests for new and/or changed products or components in accordance with quality rules and procedures.
• Conduct product and process inspections as specified.
• Prepare reports on quality measurements, inspections, and other activities. Keep a record of inspection outcomes.
• Communicate with the Quality Engineer and the Production Supervisor about quality issues and continual improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis as needed to support the KONE Corrective Action Programme.
• Perform auditing efforts across the whole supply chain, including customer service, engineering, manufacturing, and logistics.

• Meet all ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 criteria.
